Return & Refund Policy

1. Virtual Goods
After a virtual good has been delivered, it is non-returnable. You cannot exchange virtual products back for money after the delivery.
2. Account Balance
It is not possible to exchange account balance for real money.
3. Merchandise
Real articles (i.e. t-shirts) can be returned to us within two weeks after the delivery. In that case you will get your money back.
